National Park Service and Storm Team 4 predict peak bloom | NBC4 Washington

The prediction for the 2025 Cherry Blossom’s peak bloom has been revealed. The National Park Service says they expect a pink tidal basin from March 28 to March 30th. News4’s Tommy McFly explains what it means, when the festival starts and what you have to do to catch the pinkies at peak bloom.
