Could the Trump administration take fluoride out of your water? | NBC4 Washington

Around the country, some states are now thinking twice about adding fluoride to public drinking water. Utah’s legislature is the latest to approve a bill banning fluoride, which prevents cities and counties from choosing to add it on their own.

The changes come as Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has publicly challenged the safety of fluoride, despite decades of scientific evidence showing it helps fight tooth decay.
