Oregon father-son duo hiking to raise money for diabetes research

Wesley and Tyler Alford are the father-son duo behind "Hiking For a Cure," a nonprofit that seeks to raise money for diabetes research. Tyler has Type I and Wesley has Type II, and both are embarking upon the hiking "Triple Crown," which consists of hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, the Continental Divide and the Appalachian Trail all within 12 months. They are from Eugene and join to talk about how they came up with the plan and how people with diabetes and embark on adventures like theirs.
