1 min read
It’s believed that oxtail has never been featured before on the WGN Weekend Morning News Sunday Brunch. Well, there’s a first time for everything. On this week’s edition with Sean Lewis, Dell’ Rooster chef/owner Miguel Tenesaca has fresh oxtail, which he cooks for 12 hours and serves Cuban-style. It’s part of Dell’ Rooster’s delicious brunch menu. The restaurant is located in West Town, at 1825 West Chicago Avenue, in a place that was actually picked out by Tenesaca’s daughter, who also joined Sunday Brunch.
