Investigators are trying to figure out what caused a fire that destroyed an apartment complex Saturday in south suburban Justice. Roberts Park Fire Protection District Chief Jeffrey Ketchen said the fire started on the third floor of the 16-unit building in the 8500 block of South 88th Terrace late Saturday morning.
