Mountain View football is reloading as they visit Groove Yoga ahead of the fall season

Mountain View football isn’t on the field this week, but in the yoga studio. Groove Yoga and instructor Shana Sellers is giving five free lessons to the football program. She has a son in the program and hopes to help the teens find mindfulness on and off the field.
