Milwaukie cat parent says seven of her cats caught the avian flu; one euthanized
1 min read
A little cat named Sekhmet is living up to her name. She survived the avian flu and is now back home with her human, Kiki Knopp.
“She’s a fighter. I named her Sekhmet originally because Sekhmet is the goddess of war and healing, and she has been that,” said Knopp.
Knopp lost two kitties last week. She says, so far, only one had a confirmed case of the avian flu.
