Strong Pacific storm arrives tonight bringing up to 40 mph coastal wind gusts and beneficial rain across much of Western Oregon. Calmer, drier and warmer weather expected for Thursday and Friday before a potent ‘Pineapple Express’ this Saturday and Sunday with a potential of 2-3 inches of rain.
