Coworkers recount memories of Jacksonville man who died in Flagler County plane crash

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office  identified the pilot who was involved in the plane crash that occurred Friday night near the Flagler/Volusia county line as Jacksonville native Thomas Russell Harvey, 75. At Skydive Palatka, where he worked, his coworkers recount their favorite memories of the man who they say had more energy than any other 75-year-old.
