President Trump says Canada should become the 51st state so they won’t face steel import tariffs

European Union Chief Ursula von der Leyen vowed Tuesday that U.S. tariffs on steel and aluminum "will not go unanswered" and trigger countermeasures.
Bernd Lange, the chair of the European Parliament’s trade committee, told rbb24 German radio that motorcycles, jeans, peanut butter, bourbon, whiskey and "a whole range of products that of course also affect American exporters" would be targeted.
