The ice potential is solely focused to the Willamette Valley and Coast Range. Foothills will start as snow and end as rain, Cascades will remain all snow above 3000-feet. The Oregon Coast and Douglas County will remain as rain with snow above 3000-feet. Potential snow/ice accumulations of up to half of an inch is possible, melting into Thursday evening and Friday as winds shift out of the southwest and temperatures warm into the 40s.
