How to be prepared for potential winter weather this week

The Portland Bureau of Emergency Management coordinates with a number of governmental organizations to prepare for potential emergencies. With the cold weather and potential for snow or freezing rain, they are also advocating for neighbors to help each other. Glenn Devitt, the Community Preparedness Coordinator will provide advice and information on the Neighborhood Emergency Team.
