WPTV finds fatal flaw in homes destroyed by Oct. 9 Hurricane Milton tornadoes

WPTV has learned that some of the manufactured homes destroyed by the tornadoes that struck St. Lucie County on Oct. 9, 2024, were not up to federal code established in 1994.
