Woman charged for brutal pet dog mauling that killed 6-year-old boy

A woman has been charged with negligent homicide after her pet dogs brutally mauled and killed a six-year-old boy last year in NE Portland, according to recent court documents.

Koko Moe Miller, 56, was indicted Monday for the incident that unfolded late last year.

Miller is charged with four felonies including criminally negligent homicide and maintaining a dangerous dog.
