DC plane crash: Recovery continues, NTSB says investigation ongoing

Progress was made in recovery efforts on the Potomac River Friday as federal officials said they’ve recovered the black boxes from both the airplane and military helicopter involved in a deadly crash in Washington, D.C. However, they stressed their investigation is just beginning.
