Residents in the hills in and around Portland prepare for winter weather

Preparations are underway ahead of winter weather predicted to begin this weekend and go through next week.

Fairview Boulevard in Portland’s Arlington Heights Neighborhood was dry and quiet Friday but come Sunday morning neighbors could wake up to snow-covered driveways and roads.
