One month away from the Gate River Run! Final training tips for the big race.

The Gate River Run is officially one month away! News4JAX will be broadcasting the race live for another year. Each Friday in February, Alessandra Pontbriand and Julie Stackhouse will discuss different topics about preparing for the race that will air on News4JAX+ at 7 p.m. If you haven’t started training yet, it’s not too late to start. In the first episode of the series, Alessandra and Julie discuss how to train for the race, how to approach the race from a mindset standpoint, and they talk about running over the Hart Bridge.
