Automated speed cameras in Neptune Beach school zones set to go online in April

Neptune Beach has a problem with speeders in school zones, even though signs tell drivers how fast to drive and when to do it. But people are still speeding, and now there will be a hefty fine if you get caught thanks to speed cameras that will go live in April.
