A federal judge has temporarily blocked a Trump administration freeze on federal grants and loans that could total trillions of dollars. The move came as Governor JB Pritzker held a press conference Tuesday addressing the impact of the Trump administration’s freeze of federal programs, loans and grants in the State of Illinois.
