Hours-long Portland standoff ends in 5 arrests

Five people have been taken into custody following a standoff situation in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood on Tuesday.

The standoff began after Portland Police officers tried to serve a search warrant for stolen property at a home in the 3300 block of Southeast 90th Place.
