Chef Sarah Schafer named a James Bear Award semifinalist

Oregon’s 2025 James Beard Award semifinalists have been announced.

And one of the chefs being honored is Chef Sarah Schafer with Humble Spirit in McMinnville.

Chef Schafer joined ARC PDX to talk about her reaction to being named a semifinalist, her background in cooking, and when she fell in love with food.
