Holden LeCroy: Dry, cold and frosty mornings continue as a result of high pressure and arctic intrusions to our east. No sign of significant rain across Oregon through January 30, but rainfall is still well above average for the date. Longterm models suggest the water works are set to return and no sign of ending once we head into February.
