Substitute teacher accused of inappropriate conversations with students

A substitute teacher is facing three criminal charges after Miami-Dade Schools police said “several” girls came forward to report that he had been engaging in “extremely alarming and highly inappropriate behavior” while working at a middle school in Miami.
