Hikers and homeless react to China Hat area closure and sweep announcement

The U.S. Forest Service is taking on a massive wildfire prevention project this spring, closing nearly 35,000 acres of land to the public, including popular hiking areas like Bessie Butte and Horse Butte. China Hat Road will also be closed, and with that, a complete sweep of the significant homeless population.
