Organization posing as utility misleads Terrebonne Estates homeowners over sewer system changes

Terrebonne Estates homeowners were given letters this week saying they would need to pay to keep their sewer systems working. The Sanitary District says that’s not the case and claims another organization is spreading misinformation.
