Oregon SNAP theft victims to lose replacement benefits under new guidelines

A big change is coming to SNAP benefits. Under a new federal guideline, if a criminal steals your benefits by card skimming or electronic theft, the government will not replace them.

ARC PDX spoke with an anti-hunger advocate about this change in policy.
