Jacksonville mayor unveils plan to fight homelessness and comply with new Florida law

Monday morning, Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan unveiled the city’s new plan to mitigate homelessness and address Florida HB 1365, the new state law that makes it illegal to sleep in public spaces and goes into effect on October 1.
