New videos show police encounter with man who fatally stabbed wife on Northwest Side

New videos released by Chicago’s Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) on Thursday show the moment an off-duty CPD officer opened fire on a suspect who police said had just stabbed his wife on the Northwest Side last year.
