Uber driver‘s dog brings joy to rideshare passengers

He may not be an actual therapy dog, but Bowie is bringing plenty of joy to ride share passengers, and his owner decided to share some of those reactions. Kevin Ferman is an Uber driver who decided last year to take his 3-year-old dog out with him.
