In-N-Out plans to open first restaurant in Portland

In-N-Out Burger is meeting with the city of Portland about potentially building its first location in Portland.

The restaurant could be located near Portland International Airport at Northeast Airport Way and Holman Street.

The proposal includes 61 parking spaces and a 31-car drive-thru.
