MDSO motorman hurt in southwest Miami-Dade crash

Authorities responded to a Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office motorcycle deputy who was injured in a crash.

It happened Wednesday afternoon in the 13800 block of Southwest 152nd Street.

The deputy was taken to a nearby hospital by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.

Authorities did not provide any update on the deputy’s condition.

No information was released regarding the circumstances that led up to the motorman being injured.

Video from Sky 10 shows the deputy’s motorcycle on the ground and a vehicle with damage.
