St. Helens High teacher facing more sex abuse charges in new indictment

A new sex abuse charge from a fourth victim has been filed against a former St. Helens High School teacher who was arrested in November 2024.

The amended indictment was filed Fri. Jan. 3, 2025. The newly added third-degree sexual abuse charge accuses 64-year-old Mark Collins of touching a minor between Jan. 1, 2019, and Nov. 18, 2022.
