Another foggy, chilly start for Willamette Valley Thursday

Holden LeCroy: Another cloudy, chilly Thursday with no rain chances until Friday. Leftover moisture and reoccurring inversion will lead to clouds and cold temperatures in the 40s. There could be a bit of black ice from leftover moisture and fog early on Thursday. The afternoon will be somewhat sunnier, but rain showers briefly return on Friday. The weekend looks much of the same, drier, but quite the bit of morning fog and cooler high temperatures in the 40s.
