Cloudy, chilly start to Wednesday, sunny finish

Holden LeCroy: Cloudy, chilly start to Wednesday with no rain chances til Friday. Weak front passes to the north on Wednesday leading to clouds and cold temperatures in the morning, 40s and sunshine should return for most by the afternoon. Thursday will be somewhat sunnier, but rain showers briefly return on Friday. The weekend looks much of the same, drier, but quite the bit of morning fog, afternoon sun and cooler high temperatures below 50-degrees.
