Last chance to recycle your Christmas tree with local scouts

Local scouting troops are collecting Christmas trees for recycling over the weekend, Sunday is the last day of the service. Bend residents can leave trees at the curb with a $10 donation. Donations can also be made online. For pickups in Madras, Redmond, and Sunriver, call ahead. The service supports scouting activities and camping trips.
