NOLA mayor states Bourbob Street will reopen before Sugar Bowl game time

New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell said Bourbon Street will reopen before the Sugar Bowl’s kick-off at 2:30 p.m. The game was postponed yesterday due to a terror attack killing 14 people and injuring 45.
