At least 15 people were killed and several more were injured after a driver behind the wheel of a pickup truck rammed into a crowd of New Orleans revelers on Bourbon Street early on New Year’s Day in what the FBI is investigating as an act of terrorism.
Dr. Tom Mockaitis, terrorism analyst and DePaul University history professor, joined WGN News on Wednesday to discuss the incident.
