Witness describes chaos in New Orleans terror attack on New Year’s Day

A witness to the New Year’s Day terror attack in New Orleans described the chaos and screams as the event unfolded.

The suspect, now identified as 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Bahar Jabbar, drove a pickup truck through a crowd of people on Bourbon Street – killing and injuring several people.
