SPECIAL DELIVERY: A Bend woman posted a video on FaceBook, showing a FedEx delivery driver stopping to give her dogs some extra pets and treats. The woman says she doesn’t know who the driver is, but he has been doing this almost daily for months, even if they weren’t expecting a delivery.
