Camas police seek Christmas car prowler, calling him ‘The Grinch’

On Christmas morning, Pritam Nandakumar should have been enjoying time with his family while on vacation.

“To have somebody come in and kind of terrorize their neighborhood, you know, on Christmas Day … just shocking,” said Nandakumar.

Instead, he saw through his doorbell camera the person Camas police are calling "the grinch."
