Redmond family witnesses explosion that shook several Central Oregon houses on Christmas day

Several people heard a loud boom around the Redmond area on Christmas day. A noise so loud it exploded on social media. The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office believes the incident to be related to fireworks, possibly homemade.
