Suspected CEO killer Mangione returns to New York after waiving extradition

The suspected killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was flown from Pennsylvania to New York shortly after formally waiving extradition Thursday morning, according to Blair County District Attorney Pete Weeks.
Luigi Mangione also waived a preliminary hearing on the charges in Pennsylvania in exchange for the prosecutor giving him a 20-page investigative report from the Altoona Police Department.
