Coming up on KEZI 9 News at 4: Cell phone bans in classrooms; 4-day weeks in schools

In the wake of a school shooting reported by a second-grader, many schools have plans to ban cell phones in classrooms. Also, some schools are moving to 4-day school weeks. Chief Meteorologist Holden LeCroy has the weather.
