Vancouver Police release bodycam footage of deadly police shooting in Safeway parking lot

The Vancouver Police Department has released body camera footage from the deadly police shooting in the parking lot of a Safeway grocery store in early December.

The shooting happened on Dec. 4 around 10:48 p.m. at the Safeway located at 13719 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd.
