$78 bill dispute leads to lien on property | NBC4 Washington

Disputes between businesses and customers happen all the time, but one turned especially messy after a Virginia widow still grieving her husband’s death says she found a lien placed on her home. Consumer Investigative Reporter Susan Hogan and the News4 I-Team report it was because of a $78 bill she said she didn’t owe that ballooned to more than $2,000.
