Portland police alert public to surge in Honda vehicle part thefts across the city

The Portland Police Department is warning the public about a rash of thefts involving electronic parts being taken off Honda vehicles.
Police say they have received at least 18 reports of this particular theft since mid-November.
The reports have come in across the city, but investigators say most of the crimes have occurred in Southeast Portland, from Southeast Stark St. to Southeast Woodstock Blvd. and Southeast Cesar Chavez Blvd. to Southeast 82nd Ave.
