Western Oregon students honored by Red Cross for rescue of 11-year-old at Smith Rock

Three Western Oregon students and a faculty member receive the Red Cross Lifesaving Award for rescuing an 11-year-old boy after a 40-foot fall at Smith Rock State Park.
