Oregon Parks begins $1.6M Yaquina Bay Lighthouse renovation, aims for June 2025 finish

According to the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, a $1.6 million project will focus on repairs in order to preserve the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse.

They are hoping to get all the exterior renovations done by June 2025, but Oregon Parks and Rec says to keep in mind construction projects could be impacted by weather or material availability.

Only the lighthouse will be closed, the park surrounding it will still be open to visitors.
