After a Jacksonville father of seven was killed, a family is pleading for justice

The family of Andre Nelson Bell, a 39-year-old father of seven who was shot and killed in March, is hoping the community can help solve his case before the year ends. Bell was found shot in a car in a ditch on Normandy Boulevard.
