Gov. JB Pritzker on Wednesday fired back at comments made earlier this week by president-elect Trump’s "border czar" to make the city ground zero for a mass deportation effort, saying he’s willing to meet with incoming Trump administration officials that he has a duty to protect asylum seekers and immigrants who are in the state legally.
